Terraced town house. c.1800-20 Portman Estate development. Red stained
brick with stucco ground floor; concealed slate roof. 5 storeys and
basement. 2 windows wide. Semicircular arched doorway to left; panelled
door with pilastered jambs and fanlight. Recessed sashes, under flat
gauged arches to upper floors. Plat band finishing off ground floor
stuccowork. Crowning cornice and blocking course. 1st floor windows have
cast iron balconettes. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Included
for group value only.
