Terrace house. 1725, heightened and altered in 1870 by Alfred Waterhouse. Red brick,
slate roof. Four storeys, basement, and dormers in mansard. Four windows. Cornice at
third floor level and secondary course and parapet surmounted by stone urns. Revealed
sash windows, segmental arches with stuccoed keystones. Continuous C19 cast iron
balcony to first floor. Tuscan columned porch to left. Elaborate C19 cast iron area
railings.
