Substantial terrace house. 1724 with early C19 alterations. Red brick, with
rusticated quoins, slate roof. Three storeys, basement, mansard with dormers. Five
windows. Asymmetrically placed arched doorway with fanlight, under Tuscan column
porch. Revealed sash windows with segmental gauged arches except for flat arches to
first floor. Stone plat bands to first and second floors and moulded stone cornice and
parapet. Victorian cast iron balcony across first floor. Heavy Victorian railings to
the area.
