Terraced house. 1722-24, by John James, altered in 1849 by Thomas Cundy II. Stucco
faced brick, slate roof. Four storeys, basement, 4 windows wide. Cornice above second
floor with attic storey above. Channelled ground floor with Doric columned porch.
Segmental arched windows in moulded architraves. Balustraded stucco balcony on console
brackets to first floor. Mid C19 cast iron area railings. Interior retains original
front compartment timber staircase with twisted balusters, dogleg Georgian service
staircase behind.
