Row of terrace houses. Late C18 with alterations for hotel. Brown
brick with stuccoed ground floors, slate roofs. 4 storeys, basements
and dormered mansards. Each front 2 windows wide. Altered doorways.
2 adapted as windows. Revealed sash windows, no glazing bars, under
flat gauged arches. Continuous 2nd floor plat band and cornice at
3rd floor level. c. 1800 cast iron balcony across 1st floors of Nos
9 and lO; Nos 11 and 12 with 1st floor cast iron window guards.
