windows wide. Lower 2 storeys united by giant pilasters, the upper 2 treated as
attic, with giant pilaster strips. Main cornice between. Subsidiary cornice
above fourth floor. Square headed windows. Sashes. Some glazing bars. French
windows to first floor. Cast iron first floor balcony. Square headed doorway
with fanlight. Door of c1900. One of a pair with No 3.
