House. Early-mid C19. Yellow brick in Flemish bond, channelled stucco ground
floor and stucco dressings. 3 storeys and basement. 2 bays and single storey
entrance bay to right. Panelled door with overlight; in pilaster surround.
Elliptical-arched recesses with stucco imposts contain sash windows with iron
balconies. Above, 12-pane sashes in stucco surrounds. Cornice. Railed
basement. Included for group value only.
