Substantial terrace house. c.1720. Brown brick with stuccoed ground floor, slate
roof. Early to mid C19 alterations. Five storeys with later attic storey and dormers
in mansard. Four windows. Original cornice at third floor level, plat bands between
storeys. Revealed sash windows with segmental arches on first and second floors.
Continuous cast iron balcony above projecting Doric porch, left of centre. Some good
interior features, cut string staircase with turned balusters and swept handrail,
doorcases etc.
