Terrace. Early C19. Yellow stock brick, channelled stucco to ground floor of No
30 and stucco 2nd floor sill band. Roof concealed. 3 storeys with added floor
to No 31. Each 2 bays. No 29 has C19 shop front with swept fascia and cornice
incorporating a 6-panel door. Similar shop front to No 31, much altered. No 30:
sash with glazing bars to left, recessed right side contains round keyed arch
with C20 glass doors. No 30 has a 1st floor balcony with iron railing. Sash
windows with glazing bars to Nos 29 and 30, casements to No 31. Flat gauged
brick arches to No 31. Stucco arches to 29 and 30. No 30 has hoods in consoles
to 1st floor windows and No 31 included for group value only.
