Terraced town house, c.1770-80 Portland Estate development. Stock brick
with channelled stucco ground floor; slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and
dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Semicircular arched doorway to right
in pilaster frame with cornice; panelled door and fanlight. Recessed
sashes, under flat gauged arches to upper floors. Stuccowork finished off
with plat band at 1st floor level. Parapet with stone coping. Mid C.19
cast iron balcony on foliated brackets to 1st floor. Twisted and plumbed
spike finial cast iron area railings. Interior has top lit stone
geometrical staircase with wrought iron balusters and some delicate frieze
and ceiling mouldings; etc.
