End of terrace house. 1894. Designed by Elgood. Red brick, red sandstone
dressings. Slate roof to parapet. 4 storeys, 2 bays. Entrance to right, square
headed with Ionic doorcase, timber glazed door. Over door 2 storey staircase
oriel. To left square sided 4-light bay windows to ground and first floors.
Oriel window set at an angle across left corner rising through first into second
floor. Cornice above third floor. Square headed dormers. Shaped gable to left
return. Good interior with panelling, fireplaces incorporating fine old
Delftware tiles, etc.
