Mews house to No 45 Berkeley Square. c.1744-50 by Flitcroft. Brown brick. Two
storeys, parapet with coping. Five windows. Revealed glazing bar sashes under flat
gauged arches. Plain doorway. Heavy cast iron area railings with flambé finials.
Similar garden elevation but with cornice below parapet and return corridor wing to
house with centre break. Interior retains large unaltered late C18/early C19 kitchen
in basement rising into first floor, complete with range, ovens, spits and ancillary
fittings etc.
