Pair of semidetached houses. Mid C19. Yellow brick, stucco and slate hipped
roof to eaves. 3 storeys and basement. Each 2 windows wide, plus shared blind
window to centre on each floor. Outer bay of each house slightly recessed, with
entrance below in advanced Doric porch. Original door to No 3, C20 replacement to
No 1. Channelled stucco to ground floor. Windows square headed, gauged brick
heads to upper storeys, with tripartite divisions and small panes (except to
ground floor of No 3. Rusticated brick quoins. Cast iron window guards to
ground and first floor; cast iron railings to steps.
