Terraced town house. c.1790, Portman Estate development. Stock brick with
ground floor stuccoed up to 1st floor sill band; slate roof. 3 tall
storeys and dormered mansard, on basement. 3 windows wide. Doorway to
left and ground floor windows all semicircular arched; panelled door and
fanlight. Recessed sashes, glazing bars intact to upper floors under flat
gauged arches. Plain parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings with
urn finials.
