development, on east approach to Manchester Square; altered mid C.20.
Stuccoed; concealed slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide
with 2 right hand windows in full height segmental bow. Altered entrance
with wrought iron grill to right and stone mid C.20 neo-Georgian shop front
with bracketed fascia and segmental bowed display window. Recessed square
headed sashes, most retaining glazing bars. Plain 3rd floor sill band.
Plain parapet with coping. Interior altered for flats. Included for group
value only.
