House. Date stone reads: "A E/1704" with later addition.
Dressed stone with quoins and concrete tile roof. 2 storeys
with attic, 3 bays, the 1st bay, of 2 storeys, is later.
2nd and 3rd bays have windows with label moulds, those to
ground and 1st floors formerly mullioned but partially
blocked, with inserted casements and traces of painted
cross-casements to blocked ends. Attic has 2 gabled dormers
with 3-light double-chamfered-mullioned windows, the outer
lights blocked. 1st bay has ground-floor casement and 1st
floor 4-light mullioned window. Gabled porch between 2nd
and 3rd bays has 3 ball finials and C20 door. Truncated
gable-end stacks. Left return has 1st floor entrance; right
return has blocked window; rear has various mullioned
windows. Interior has some ovolo-moulded beams, 5-panel
doors and collar trusses; small panel of exposed wattle
wall.
