School, now community centre. Round-headed plaque records
erection in 1793; late C19 or early C20 alterations.
Dressed stone with ashlar dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys,
3 bays. Quoins and bargeboards to gablets. Ground floor
has Venetian windows with flat surrounds. 1st floor has
large inserted casement windows under gablets with timber
framing to apexes flanking Diocletian window. Central
gabled porch has Tudor-head entrance with hoodmould and
plaque above. Right gable-end stack. Left return has 3
Venetian windows. Included for group value.
