10/49 Outbuilding to
south of Seddon's
Fold Farmhouse

Outbuilding, probably originally cow house. C17. Dressed
stone with quoins, and stone slate roof. West facade has 3
blocked entrances with large lintels; a blocked window with
one mullion, probably originally of 3 lights, above to left
hand side; this facade has coped gables with kneelers. East
facade has no coping or kneelers to gables. North gable end
has C20 building attached and opening to gable. South gable
end has blocked entrance to right of large inserted
entrance; gable above is much repaired and has pitching
hole, now louvred, with large lintel and some stones of jamb
remaining. Interior has 2 collar and tie beam trusses with
hewn members.
