C17 or earlier C18. Rubble. 2 storeys with 3-bay one-storey pentice front. The
building slants back from the Shoulder of Mutton PH which abuts on left. Rubble.
3-light upper window with splay mullions in gable end. Stone slab roof. Single-
storey rear extension with 2-storey extension beyond, each with 2-light wooden case-
ment window.
