Probably c.1774. Squared, coursed rubble. 2 storeys. Central arched doorway with
flat surround, keystone and impost blocks. Vehicular doorway to right with quoined
surround and segmental head. 2 glazed oculi above. Moulded gutter cornice. Flush
quoins. Slate roof. Further oculus in right-hand gable. Sash windows with glazing
bars in rear. Included for group value with Lower Walshaw House.
