Early C19. Substantial, symmetrical, five-bay two storey detached house. Tooled stone in wide courses. Sash windows. Four-panel part-glazed door under fan with glazing bars, and enclosed by plain ½-columns and cornice-hood. Sill bands. Hipped slate roof. Home of the Nuttall family in C18 and probably C17, but no pre- C19 fabric evident.
