House. Probably early C18, re-modelled front elevation early C19.
Watershot coursed rubble, dressed quoins; slate roof. Three storeys.
Regular four-window range, with moulded drip-course between first and
second floors. Mullioned windows to basement. Windows otherwise with
C19 lintels, and sills, and C20 casements. Stone surrounds and
moulded cornice to doorways, one (to no. 8) with rectangular
overlight. Rear, a three-window range, all except one window with
hoodmoulds; originally three-light with mullions (which survive in
two windows) and chamfered surrounds. Later storeyed wing.
