Public House of early-mid C19, 3 storeys in brick. 4 windows, 1 blocked,
rusticated lintels with keystones, no glazing bars. Shop front with plain pilasters
and fascia. Similar later C19 extension up slope of hill, also of 3 storeys
with 2 windows.

The King's Arms Public House forms a visual group with Nos 26 & 28 Bridge Street Brow
and No 1 Great Underbank.
