Early C19 house in roughcast with stone plinth and hipped roof of Welsh slates.
2 storeys. Modillion eaves cornice. 4 windows, glazing bars; 3 windows to
ground floor. Good Regency doorcase with this reeded attached half-columns
and small frieze. Door or 8 panelled ovals under semi-circular ornamental
fanlight. Later extension of 1 storey to the left.

No 96 forms a group with Nos 2 to 10 (even) Spring Gardens, which are of
local interest.
