Late C18 or early C19. Three storeys in painted brick with modillion eaves cornice. Three windows, segmental arches with keystones, no glazing bars. Late C19 shop front. Includes premises to rear in Bridge street Brow, rendered, with three modern windows and Welsh slate roof. Included as part of a visual group.

No. 1 forms part of a visual group with Former Kings Arms Public House and Nos. 26 and 28 Bridge Street Brow.
