Built in under arch of bridge over Little Underbank, and part of the same composition
(see also premises occupied by G and W Turner, opposite). Mid C19. 2 storeys
in brick with 3 double-recessed blank window spaces with round heads, over
2 similar windows and door, stone moulded keystones, plinth and rusticated
quoins. Similar doorway, Curtilage includes steps up to Market Place to side.

Nos 1 to 25 (odd) and Premises occupied by Hobson Smith form a group, of which
Nos 1 to 7 (odd) and No 17 are of local interest, also with Bridge over Little
