Early C19. 4 storeys in brick, faced in cement carved as stone. 3 windows
to each storey, keystones, later glazing bars. Cill band. Ground floor shop
fronts are late Cl9 and modern. Millgate elevation has round-headed doorway.
Included for visual group importance near Parish Church of St Mary.

Nos 30A and 31 form a visual group with Nos 34, 34A and 35.
