3 houses. "IC 1715" on datestone but with considerable
rebuilding in the mid C19. English garden wall bond brick
with graduated stone slate roof. T-shaped plan with 2
storeys. Stone quoins to front and rear. Bay 1 was faced by
a timber-framed gable with stone plinth and jettied first
floor during the C19. It has a 7-light ovolo-moulded timber
mullion and transom window on the ground floor and a 5-
light window within the gable. Bays 2 and 3 have rustic
porches to left and right respectively, 4-light brick-
mullioned ground floor and 3-light first floor windows all
with brick hoodmoulds and stone sills. The first floor
windows are enclosed by gables which have ornate finials and
the left one bears the datestone. 3 ridge chimney stacks
with decorative brickwork and diagonally set clustered
shafts. Half-hipped roof to right. Right return has lozenge
brick pattern in relief. 2, 3 and 4-light casement windows
to rear as well as 2 dormer windows and a half-hipped roof
to the rear of the crosswing.
