side)

G.V. II
House. Said to date from 1765. Hammer-dressed watershot
stone with graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth central
staircase plan with 3 storeys and small additions to right
of C19 and C20. Central door has rusticated surround and
keystone lintel. Two 4-light windows to ground and first
floors and a 10-light workshop window to the second floor.
All have recessed flat-faced stone mullions. Gable chimney
stacks with cornices. 2-light gable windows and a blocked
taking-in door to rear.
