House and cottage. Late C18 and mid C19. Watershot hammer-
dressed stone with graduated stone slate roof. 2-bay 3-
storey house which was extended by a bay to the right to
create a new entrance facade. The original building has a
blocked central door with square-cut surround flanked on
either side by 5-light recessed flat-faced stone mullion
windows on each floor. A 2-storey lean-to was added to the
rear. Eaves cornice added when the additional bay was
constructed. The C19 facade has a 4-panel door with fanlight
and rusticated surround, 1 and 2-light flat-faced stone
mullion windows, an eaves cornice and hipped roof. Ridge
chimney stacks.
