House, now club. 1790s. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with
slate roof. Double-range plan with 2 storeys. Projecting
plinth, rusticated quoins and eaves cornice. 3 bays with
central door which has pediment and architrave. Paired
windows (formerly sashes) in bays 1 and 3 with square-cut
surrounds and separating mullions. Single window in centre
first floor. Ridge chimney stack. The rear range was added
later, has canted corners to the right lean-to extensions to
the rear, 2 and 3-light flat-faced mullion windows and a
semi-circular-headed stair window. Included for group value.
