House, now post office. Early C19. Hammer-dressed stone with
slate roof. Double-depth plan with 2 bays and 3 storeys.
Central door has square-cut stone surround and is flanked by
C19 shop windows each with 2 round-headed lights, pierced
spandrels and a cornice on foliated consoles. Two 4-light
recessed flat-faced stone mullion windows to first floor and
similar 12-light workshop window to second floor. Gable
stacks. Similar windows to rear.
