House. Early/mid C18. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with
graduated stone slate roof. 2-unit plan with 2 storeys.
Quoins, heightened eaves and ridge chimney stacks. C20 door
and windows to front. Left gable has dressed door surround
and two 2-light windows on the ground floor. The rear has a
4 and 2-light ground floor window and a 4-light first floor
window all with double-chamfered mullions which have been
rendered over in C20. Also a 3-light recessed flat-faced
mullion window and a later ground floor window. Included
for group value.
