Includes Nos. 2 and 4 Cooper Street (east back). Back-to-
back cottages. Late C18. Watershot hammer-dressed stone with
rendered gable and graduated stone slate roof. 3 storeys and
2 bays with entrances at first floor level on Cooper Street
as well as on front and right. Door to left with square-cut
surround. Inserted shop window adjacent to a 3-light
recessed flat-faced stone mullion window. The other floors
have 2 similar windows with continuous sill band. Gable
chimney stacks. Two 3-light windows to each floor of rear
which also has quoins. Blocked gable windows.
