Farmhouse, now house. Late C17 with later alterations and
additions. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated
stone slate roof. Single-depth plan with 2 storeys and 7
bays (including addition). 3 doors all obscured by C20
porches - one with square-cut surround and that to bay 2
with chamfered surround and obtuse-angled lintel. Quoins.
4-light double-chamfered cavetto-moulded mullion window to
each floor of bay 1 and remains of similar 2-light window on
first floor of bay 2. Other windows are of 1 and 2 lights
with square-cut stone surrounds and probably date from C19.
Bay 7 is a flat-roofed C20 addition. Plain stone eaves
gutter brackets. Coped gables with kneelers. 3 ridge chimney
stacks. Each gable has two 2-light arch-headed double-
chamfered cavetto-moulded mullion windows. 3-light double-
chamfered window to rear, a 4-light recessed flat-faced
mullion window but otherwise C19 windows as above.
