House. Early C19. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with
graduated stone slate roof. Single-depth plan with 3 storeys
and 3 bays. Symmetrical elevation has raised quoins and a
central door with dressed surround. Paired sash windows with
square-cut surrounds to each floor of bays 1 and 3 and
single sash windows in bay 2 on the upper floors. No
glazing bars. Shaped eaves gutter brackets. Gable chimney
stack. A flight of steps at rear gives access to the top
floor which has a 3-light recessed flat-faced stone mullion
window. Included for group value.
