2 houses. Late C18. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with
graduated stone slate roof. Each house has a single-depth
plan with 1 bay and 3 storeys. Each has a door with square-
cut surround. 2 and 3-light recessed flat-faced mullion
windows. Gable and ridge chimney stacks. The principal
elevation is the rear which has a door to left (in each
house). No. 8 has 4, 6 and 8-light windows (as above) and
No. 6 has similar 5-light windows on each floor which retain
C19 casements and centre sashes. A small 2-storey entrance
bay adjoins to left.
