House but converted to a workshop in C19. Late C18. Hammer-
dressed watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof.
Single-depth plan with 4 storeys and 4 bays. Door in bay 2
has square-cut surround and a door was inserted to bay 3 at
a later date. Four 20-pane casement windows on first floor
with square-cut stone surrounds. Ridge chimney stack. The
rear elevation is earlier having a 5 and 4-light recessed
flat-faced mullion window on the ground floor (with door
inserted into the former) and a 7-light (with king mullion)
and 4-light on the first floor.
