House and flat. Late C18. 1790s Hammer-dressed watershot
stone with graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth plan
with 2 bays and 4 storeys. Central door with square-cut
surround. Similar door, now blocked, to left. Two 3-light
windows to the ground floor and two 4-light to each of the
other floors all with recessed flat-faced stone
mullions. Similar 3 and 4-light windows to rear which has a
lean-to extension and a flight of stone steps giving access
to the flat. Gable chimney stacks one of which is rebuilt in
brick.
