Doctor's house and surgery. Hammer-dressed watershot stone
with graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth plan with 3
storeys and 3 bays. Quoins and eaves cornice. Central door
with eared and shouldered architrave and pediment. Paired
sash windows (no glazing bars) in square-cut surrounds to
each floor of bays 1 and 3, and single sash windows in bay
2. Gable chimney stacks, one rebuilt in brick. 2 doors to
gable one of which is blocked and has a keystone lintel.
Taking-in door to second floor. Recessed flat-faced stone
mullion windows to rear which is partly obscured by later
lean-to extension.
