3/296 The Nook

House. Hammer-dressed stone with graduated stone slate roof.
l-bay 2- storey house with small wing to rear. 6 and 5-light
recessed flat-faced stone mullion windows. Door to left
gable has square-cut surround. Gable chimney stack with
water-tabling and oversailing course. Rear wing roofed
separately and with lean-to extension on two sides.
Stonework to right gable in watershot and there is evidence
of an adjoining building, now non-existent.
