2 houses. Deeds said to date from 1730 and 1750. Watershot
hammer-dressed stone with graduated stone slate roof. Total
of 4 bays and 2 storeys, partly single and partly double-
depth. The central 2 bays (probably 1730) have quoins, 4 and
3-light double-chamfered cavetto-moulded stone mullion
windows on ground floor, one 4-light as above on first floor
and one recessed flat-faced 4-light window. The eaves were
raised at a similar date to when the rear outshut was
heightened to create a double-depth plan. C20 extension to
left. Bay 4, added in 1750 has a door and 5 and 4-light
double-chamfered cavetto-moulded stone mullion windows and
quoins. C20 brick lean-to against right gable. 2 ridge
chimney stacks. Various recessed flat-faced stone mullion
windows to rear which also has a small lean-to addition.
