Farmhouse. Early C19. Ashlar and hammer-dressed stone with
graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth central-staircase
plan with 3 bays and 2 storeys (plus basement). Plinth,
raised quoin and eaves cornice.Central door with step
approach has 4-panel door with radial fanlight and an open
pediment on 3/4 columns. 2 ground floor and 3 first floor
sash windows with continuous sill bands (no glazing bars).
Gable chimney stacks. Similar windows to sides and rear with
an arched attic light in gable. Small stair wing to rear
with coped gable, kneelers and an arched stair window.
