Roving bridge. 1794-1801. Benjamin Outram and Thomas Brown
engineers. Squared rubble. Elliptical arch. Parapet wall
has replacement copings on the north side which has square
terminating piers. The south has a spiral tow-path walk.
Otherwise known as Captain Clarke's Bridge.
