House. "John Gee 1742" on stone tablet. Dressed stone,
ashlar dressings, graduated stone slate roof and brick
stacks. Small building with one room on each of 2 floors
and a small C19 wing to right. Projecting plinth and stone
quoins. Central door with square-cut surround has 2-light
cavetto-moulded mullion and transom windows. Oeil-de-boeuf
on first foor has similar but smaller blocked openings on
either side and one in the gable. The gable has projecting
eaves and bargeboards of C19. The later wing has a square-
cut door surround, 2-light mullioned window and is roofed
at right-angles to the original roof. 2 chimney stacks.
