The following building was de-listed on 1st May 2002.

Includes Stamford Street (east side) Nos. 48, 50 and 52. 7
cottages. Mid C18 and later. Hammer-dressed and watershot
stone with graduated stone slate roof and brick stacks.
Three 2-storey houses entered from Barkwell Lane, the top
storey forming 3 separate cottages entered at the upper
level from Stamford Street. 5 bays and 3 storeys in total.
Garage doors inserted to bay 1, otherwise bays 1, 3 and 5
have 3-light windows on each floor whereas bays 2 and 4 have
4-light windows on each floor. All window have flat-faced
stone mullions which are recessed. Doors with square-cut
stone surrounds to bays 3 and 5, plain door opening to bay
