Range of farmhouse and cottages. Mid C17 to mid C18. Hammer-
dressed stone and squared rubble with graduated stone slate
and slate roofs. Total of 7 bays and 2 storeys. Farmhouse
(right) is of 2 units and has a single-storey porch, 2-light
double-chamfered mullion window (with mullion removed) with
hoodmould to right, blocked windows and door to left and 3-
light double-chamfered first floor window. Quoins. Two 2-
light mullioned windows to rear. 2 brick ridge chimney
stacks. No. 8 (central) of early/mid C18, 4 bays has two 3-
light double-chamfered mullion windows in bay 1, a door with
blocked window above in bay 2, 2 flat-faced recessed 4-light
windows in bay 3 and two 2-light double-chamfered windows in
bay 4. 2 brick ridge chimney stacks. Rear C19 brick
addition is not of special interest. No. 9 (left) mid
C18,has a 5 or 4-light double-chamfered mullion window on
each floor, a lean-to to left gable and outshut to rear.
