3 houses. c.1870. Flemish bond brick with slate roof. Each
house has a double-depth plan with 2 bays and 2 storeys.
Stone plinth. 4-panel doors with fanlights, carved impost
blocks and alternating stone and brick voussoirs to the
arches. Paired sash ground floor windows with stone lintels
and separating mullions. Arched first floor sash windows
with bracketed stone sills and impost band. Paired eaves
gutter brackets. 3 ridge chimney stacks. Included for group
value and as an integral part of the Fairfield Moravian
