Barn. C17 and late C18 or C19. English garden wall bond brick
with graduated stone slate, corrugated asbestos and slate
roofs. Originally 2 barns. The earlier (west) has opposed
cart entries, now blocked, decorative breather holes, a later
lean-to addition and tie-beam roof trusses with collar and
diagonal struts. The later (east) has opposed cart entries
both with cheek walls supporting a small outshut roof, small
vents, a later outshut to rear and a purlin roof on arched
diaphragm walls. Other window openings have been added in C19
and C20.
