Restaurant, formerly Timperley Hall. Late C18. Rendered
brick with slate roof. 3 storeys; 5-bay double-depth
central-staircase plan with wings to rear and either side
and C20 additions at rear. Stone plinth, modillion eaves
cornice, central 3 bays slightly advanced. The 5-panel door
has a fanlight, pilasters and open pediment. The ground
floor windows have been reduced in size; otherwise the
window openings remain, although the glazing is C20. Steep
roof with gable stacks. 3-bay single-storey wings to either
side each have 2 Venetian windows each under a semi-circular
recess and the end bays project and have a small coped
gable.
